Tracy Fulton is a residency trained clinical pharmacist who has specialized in hypertension, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, and helping patients with hospital discharge. She enjoys spending time with patients, making sure they are knowledgable about their disease, treatment plan, and medications. She enjoys learning and loves to investigate new therapies on behalf of her patients.

Guiding Path Pharmacy Services started from my passion for a holistic, patient-centered approach to wellness. If you've been diagnosed with a new disease and don't know who to turn to, call your pharmacist. We understand the how each of these entities work together and can be essential in determining the best contacts for your health care needs.
