All of our patients will receive a direct phone line to their personal clinical pharmacist. Telehealth visits, phone, text, or email with your pharmacist are available anytime to help you with any healtcare questions including:
- Medications
- How well you remember your medications
- Supplements and vitamins
- Any concerns about these such as possible side effects
- Any interactions between medications
- New symptoms
- What questions to ask the doctor about for your next visit
- Review lab results
- Questions about your insurance
- Over-the-counter, supplement, and vitamin medication recommendations
- Anything at all
We have a few promises we'd like to make sure our patients are aware of.
- We promise we will never receive commissions on products or services we recommend.
- We strive to use clinical data whenever possible to help you determine if a treatment is appropriate for you.
- We will do our best to help you. If we cannot help you directly, we will put you in touch with someone who can.
- If desired, we will automatically cancel your subscription if it has been over 90 days without contact.
If your medication regimen is intense or if you have over two diagnosed diseases, we'd recommend that you book an initial assessment where we can spend as much time as possible helping you learn about your medications, diseases, and treatment plans. If this service is for a loved one, an initial assessment time is recommended for you and your loved one to attend.
Additional options that are available include monitoring of daily medications, health device monitoring (Such as blood glucose monitoring, blood pressure, weight, and wearable devices), and medication delivery. Guiding Path Pharmacy Services is not a traditional pharmacy. We do not provide your medication for you, but we can help you get medications delivered to you.
