Guiding Path with Digital Monitoring
This plan includes all of the Guiding Path Membership plus digital monitoring of blood pressure, blood glucose, heart rate, weight, and medication adherence. This option requires the purchase of specific items such as digital blood pressure monitors with wi-fi, continuous glucose monitors, wearable health watches or rings, scale with wi-fi, and medication dispensing systems.
